We will exercise FORLOSING WEIGHTOR HEALTHY. But, we feel boring and tired , when we exercise. How to let exercise be fun? Such as we go to the public ,dance, and be happy.
SWING HULA-HOOPis an exercise similar to DANCE.
If we sway hula-hoop with some music and varied pattern which can be changed while we sway the hula-hoop on the ground, we will feel that exercise is FUN.
